Got a good new tune? Got some newly composed lyrics? Got some Manx, or can learn some Manx words? Or start now. Translation can be provided if you’re in time!

Any of these and you can get ready now for Arrane son Mannin – Song for Mann, where your new song in any genre can compete for a £300 prize and you could get a trip to Carlow, Ireland in Easter week 2017 to perform your winning song in our native Manx Gaelic in the Pan-Celtic Festival’s Inter-Celtic New Song competition with the winning entries from the other 5 Celtic nations.

Maximum 5 in group (or more if you’re prepared to pay some costs of going to Ireland).

Entry form should be sent by 02 December 2016, music with lyrics in Manx and English by 30th December 2016.
